if you get any of my scoreboards or other old mods working, please post them here. I doubt i will buy 2k22 -- just to similar to the older games.

Anwyays, ya, if any of my old mods work in 2k22, post them here for people to use.

have a good day.

Hi bongo88, as I have already told you before, thank you very much for trusting me to publish your work, and I confirm that yes, I will do it these days as soon as I have a little more time because I know that the scoreboards will work perfectly. , but I am afraid that the panels do not, and I want to see if there is any possible solution because the lower3rd file has totally changed its internal structure

blackthorne2001 wrote:@Santicruff can you convert the "TNT In Game Panels" and "ESPN In Game Panels" in 2k21 to 2k22?

As you will see in a response to bongo88 a little above, I think it will not be possible to update them because the file that is responsible for executing them, this year 2k has completely changed their structure and operation and until I do more tests calmly, I don't know if it will be possible to do them this year.

If you PM the lower3rd from 2k22 i will look at it. I can glance through the scene files to see if 2k made the lower3rd easier to edit or harder to edit.
the 2k20 lower3rd was ridiculously hard edit.... about 20 scenes to edit.... then the waiting for the panel to popup and view changes. I never did a great job on those mods.
Maybe 2k has consolidated the panels into one or two scene files.

anyways, message me the file, and i will let you know what if 2k has made it easier or more difficult.

just rememberd that vetmin had the lower3rd in his thread

Looks like 2k simplified the panels.

obviously lwr3rd_commentators.SCNE control the commentator panel

my bet would be
lwr3rd_panel_generic
lwr3rd_panel_player_team2
lwr3rd_stat
lwr3rd_stat_horizontal
lwr3rd_uneven212
lwr3rd_uneven212_bg

anyways, looks like 2k simplified/consolidated the number of scenes that control the popups, so it would be an easier mod.

not sure if the 2k22 lower3rd works with 2k20 or 2k21. i would have to re-download those games. anyways, if you test to see if the 2k22 loads/works in 2k20 or 2k21 correctly, looks like an easier mod to make than 2k20.

anyways, check out the album of images.

lower3rd_panel_generic is the only scene in the .iff that uses the logo_nba_64x128.267d5461c6c9c4ca.dds .... a good place to start because that loads the nba logo.

anwyasy, have a good day.

I suppose this is why even with a shared folder the lower 3rd files I downloaded for my ESPN and TNT presentations did not work and made me crash every time I tried to use it. This stinks I really want to use those files for realism, I hope you guys make it work.
