change All star Transition wipe

hello guys, I am doing a 1999 nba simulation, is there anyway I can change the Transition for all star game it says 2022? it swipes when there is a replay, thanks.

I haven't tried this at all, and I'm speaking purely off memory, but I remember in the manifest there were alot of files like "logo_all_star_2022.iff", "logo_all_star_2023.iff", etc all the way to whatever the max year you can do in myleague is. I could be wrong, but I think that transition may use that specific file, so if you edit it with a 1999 version, it should replace that part in game.
