Sneaker creation and import

I'm new to this, but what tools do I need to create a sneaker file and import them into 2k? I would like to create shoes like Avia 830, James Worthy New Balance, Dominique Wilkins Brooks, Adidas Top Ten, Adidas Forum etc. I have the pics and I'm able to recreate the art work. I just need to know how to make the file for import. Thanks in advance!

You can use 7file to open the .iff file, and you need to use the Looyh's Hook tool to import it into your game.
