Swap face shapes

Hello! So i decided to use Wiggins body edit by PPP and Wiggins face mod which source i don't remember, together.

Is there a way to swap face shape (maybe in blender or smth) to achieve normal face structure with desired body type?

There is an addon for blender called mesh data transfer. You could use this and transfer all components of the head to the one you want or do it the other way round and just convert the body model. Then add the texture files from the other cyberface in 7zip, Hope this helps.
