NBA hook by Looyh - Remove Footmarks MOD - Not Working

Hey guys i am trying to install mods as i don't want any Hud elements specially the footmarks below.
I have installed the latest hook mod 0.0.16 and also installed the "NBA 2K22 Remove the footmarks & Keep only the stamina bar & remove all by Looyh" -

i added the gamedata.iff file into the mods folder
Yet the footmarker etc shows, what am i doing wrong?
I press f8 and get the GUI of the hook, but still i can see the footmarks, please help any modders of 2k22!
