Does anyone know how to get a cyberface downloaded of an already existing player

Does anyone know how to get a cyberface downloaded of an already existing player?

I want Jordan Hamilton (CF2159) to rename to 0001 so I can then use it in MyPlayer. Anyone have any ideas? I'm struggling even articulating the idea to search for it.
