Help On Cyberface Issue

I was making Jamal Murray and encountered this issue. I have never had this issue when modding ever. It has to do with the normal file changed it multiple times didnt work.

Its fine in game but in edit player it doesnt look good.

Try to make a brighter normal map, or a transparent one.
