Game crashing on startup

My game is crashing every time as soon as you hit the screen with all the team logos during startup. I removed the "Mods" folder and the game worked just fine (Albeit without mods) but the mods folder back and it crashes. So I know it's probably a mod I've installed in the last couple of days. My only problem is, I have no idea which one might be causing it. All I know is, it's extremely frustrating!

I would tackle this by removing certain mods one at a time.

It is definitely tedious but perhaps even removing a larger chunk of mods at a time would accelerate the process (maybe the ones you have recently installed!)
