The 2k22 FLS tool

Neither 2kspecialist nor Shuajota's websites have the FLS tool for 2k22 anymore. Is there a reason why they are removed?

The threat of legal action, basically. 2K came down hard on that one. Same reason we removed it here and can't really allow discussion of it. But yeah, that's why it's not available anymore.
