Does anyone know if it's possible to change the loading screen with the logos?

It's possible. bootup.iff may be the file to edit.

@Bassman58 I found the bootup.iff in file explorer and made a nice logo screen with retro logos but it skips over the screen and goes to the next.

The bootup screen only shows for a second or two. The titlescreen does the same. It can be hard to check your work.
For anybody else there is no template. You just replace the existing logos or replace the logo with a blank texture. At least that's the way it was in 2K14.
