PLS HELP: trouble with cyberfaces

Hello. I am having trouble with some cyberfaces. The problem seems to occur mostly when using cyberfaces of players who are not already in the game. For instance, I was able to do all rookies from 2022 draft, except Scottie Barnes. I used the 2K21tools program. When it comes to Scottie Barnes. No matter how many different scans I download and tried. When I click “edit player” to check if the scan worked. My game gets stuck in a never-ending loading screen. I have to close the application and restart. Any help would be appreciated.
