is it possible to copy rosters from other modes?

hey guys, I was just wondering if it's possible to copy rosters over, like you were able to using Limnono's trainers for the past few entries, from what I know the trainer isn't around for this installment, so I'm wondering if there's another way to do this - I'm asking because I want to take a MyLeague that was simmed for like 20ish years and then take the roster out from there. thanks
