A few MyTeam questions (new to mods)

What mods, if any, apply to MyTeam?

That's my main game mode and I am curious as to the upgrades I can bring to it. Graphically, there is so much room for improvement. I was thrilled to discover the mod community. The videos have blown me away! Any and all input/feedback will be greatly appreciated in this thread.

This is technically not true.

Mods will show up in MyTeam if you have them installed in the modded folder. For example, if you download a new Kobe Bryant cyberface and it matches his ID in game, and it is in your Mods folder, it will show up in MyTeam.

Same with graphics mods, the graphic mods won't magically disappear when you go into myteam. They will show up vs the CPU. When you are doing your challenges, etc.

I have heard that at times if you try and play a real human opponent in MyTeam that it can kick you out. But I have not seen that myself.

What is discouraged, and what will get you banned, is if you are trying to cheat/hack the system for ratings/individual cards/packs, etc

You can have Steam online and use mods, I do it all the time. And again, I have played MyTeam with mods activated.

Modding works for offline and online. Just don't hack and try to cheat using items like cheat engine, cheat tables, etc etc.

Thank you for your reply. Visual fidelity/aesthetic enhancements is all that I am after. I added some cyberfaces to the game, and in MyTeam freestyle the faces were present! However, when firing up a Triple Threat online match with those players, the game kept kicking me out stating there was an error and the game won't be counted. I presume it is because the opponent doesn't have the same cyberfaces, but if they did perhaps it would still permit me to play. My global and shading takes affect online, but the cyberfaces seem to be a no go unless it is offline content.

Don't use them in triple threat online, it will just keep kicking you out (even if the person you are playing has them)

However, if you want to play other humans with mods, I highly recommend Parsec.
