Removing Googles

Is there anyway to remove Clarkson's googles? No option in 2Ktools. I want to keep the face.

open archive png4175.iff with 7zip
extract/drag hihead.SCNE anywhere(desktop)
open/edit hihead.SCNE with notepad++ or notepad
look for the the lines
"goggles_02_shader":
and
"goggles_02_shader": {
"Mesh": "goggles_02Shape",
"Count": 4905
}
delete them then save
open archive png4175.iff with 7zip then drag the hihead.SCNE back
extract/drag hihead.SCNE anywhere(desktop)
open/edit hihead.SCNE with notepad++ or notepad
look for the the lines
"goggles_02_shader":
and
"goggles_02_shader": {
"Mesh": "goggles_02Shape",
"Count": 4905
}
delete them then save
open archive png4175.iff with 7zip then drag the hihead.SCNE back

Thanks for the headsup. 
However, did everything right up to the part where you open archive png4175.iff with 7 zip and the file hihead.SCNE is in notepad, not the default file. I dragged it back, and the googles still show up. What did I do wrong?
