creating player specific accessories

So if I wanted to make these accessories that stephen curry wore in the 2017 nba finals and specifically assign them to him, how would I go about doing that and how would I texture them to look accurate. I know it's possible because I've seen a lot of player mods with custom clothing. Thanks :D

ok so I think the facemask automatically has a texture because it has a global texture file but how would I apply a texture to something like a knee sleeve. The tool works when I apply it to the player model, I can see it in blender but obviously when I put the png in the game the accessory is invisible because it has no texture. would I have to export the texture files of the accessories too and add them to the png or...
