Hi,ive downloaded nba2k21 and ive seen on google there are a lot of mods and modders,i have tried to look if youtube has got any video about how to make mods,but havent seen no one,i would like to know how ppl makes mods because the game literally sucks without and im love with them at the moment,can someone explain to me what programs modders use and how they do? thanks for whoever answer ç_ç
