Is modding neighbourhood clothes possible

Hi
as per the subject and if so where are the items? I just want to wear a tee of a local club.
I'm aware that it would only be me me who can see it but that is all I want?
I'm wanting to edit a gleague or wnba tee but can't find them in the manifest. I have found the logos which I thought might be moddable but when I tried to replace the redclaw logo iff nothing has changed?
Also, does anyone know where the tee is for the conf winners (The Bulls had a 'See Red' one) as I can wear a NBA champs tee in park but no sign of that one or the playoffs tee as worn by the crowd?

I believe that the data is stored server side, as with the MyTEAM card assets.

you can mod the textures of files to make "custom" clothing if that is what you mean.
I used to do it in 2K17 all the time. Haven't really touched park since then but I have seen the files.
Not much other help I can give on the subject

Hi, that is what I mean but I can't find the files to mod. It seems strange that the store thumbnails are available to mod but not the clothes?
Or maybe I just need to find the correct naming?
