What exactly do you want to edit there? Just the textures? Open up the stadium file s0xx.iff (xx being the team ID, so s000.iff for philly for example). For the stanchion, this is "stanchion_padding_c.****.dds" (**** being a random string) inside of s0xx.iff. For the backboard, there are several files where the name begins with backboard (or basket_backboard?). You have to check the stadium file there to find that out.
