Editing Files Help

so i been trying to edit some hair and beard on 2k21 and i used the 2k21 exporter, and when im trying to open the png files theyre blocked like someone encrypted them wich cannot be true someone knows how to fix it please help

yes, many of the file are "locked" for 2K21.
You can grab any .iff from 2k20 and rename it, then delete all the inner files .
Then use 7zip and drag the inner files from the 2K21 .iff into the 2k20 .iff file.

Thank you bro i actually got the files i needed but i have a problem with a hair file and i saw your vid about hair and beard glitches and how to fix and i actually found that really helpful for alot of stuff but actually the hair file im trying to fix every time when im trying to fix the glitch its just backs out the game do you know maybe a way to fix it?
