Where can I find this file?

Probably the easiest way is to go to the download section, download one of the 2k21 scoreboard mods.
Open the .if and find the vcuilment file and copy and paste it into the 2k20 scoreboard .iff you want to convert.

what about arenas

Arenas are a different beast. Not as easy a fix. Depends which arena and who made it. Most people want the ones from Looyhs realistic mod and those ones are gonna be real hard to do. He has over 100 nodded files in those and it would take a lot of digging to figure out what is causing a compatability issue.

You open .iff files with 7zip
That will open the file and you can see all the files
Find vcuilment and drag to your desktop.
Open the scoreboard you want to convert. Iff file with 7zip and drag the vcuilment file into it.

Wait so is there a way to convert arena's?

Check my Raptors thread there is a download for arenas I did. I can show what needs to be changed in the SCNE file in order to get basket graphics for real ads. I just havent had luck with looyhs realism ones because he did a bunch of model changes with blender.

Yeah, same problems with other scoreboards as well. Also team score fonts are different and didn't change.

The vcuilment file has a conflict for team colors in scoreboards made before last year. My guess is even if the scoreboard was made for 2k20 the author probably used a 2k19 scoreboard as the base and tgats why you are seeing that.

I had the same issue with my TSN and Roger's Sportsnet team colors and I couldnt find a fix. I ended up making them from scratch using a 2k20 scoreboard as a base.

I'd say your only hope would be Looyh.

I had back and forth with Bongo88 and he also couldnt figure it out. If he cant that's really not good lol.

Thats when I gave up and started the score boards over from scratch.
