I'm testing this guy here (Ignore this messy texture). Spent a whole evening, but apparently I have to send this attempt to the trash can ... Finding a suitable donor is a big problem. The shape of the head looks good, but the eyes look like a foreign spot. Anyone have an idea for a donor with suitable eyes for him?

Why dont you change iris size / color in appearance.dat file ?

But you can change iris size from appearance.dat
You can edit eyeball in Blender.
eye orbit is part of headshape

Yes I know that. But I prefer not to touch the shape of the eyes, eyelids, because editing them leads to distortion (the eyes go out of their orbits when blinking and other troubles). Therefore, I try to find a donor with the most similar eyes.

Not sure it would solve your problem
Because i think deformations are due to animation file.
So if you change the headshape and only move the eyes, you can encounter this issue.

This is exactly the solution to the problem. If you change the entire surface of the head, except for the eyes, then the problems that I described do not occur. This is a well proven strategy.
