Fix chest tear for 2k20 png file

Does anyone know the parameters we need to edit in the appearance file to fix the chest ripping through the jersey for a 2k20 png file?

I tried shrinkwrap but I cant seem to get it to work and plus I tried different parameters but can't seem to get the right one. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
