How to create Custom Uniforms

Hi, I am relatively new to modding NBA2k21 and I am getting a good understanding on how to create my own custom mods, but one I can not understand how to do is to create custom uniforms. Anyone know of any tutorials that go through creating uniforms.

Thank you so much! I have photoshop with the dds plug in so will it pretty much work the same as like gimp

yes, basically gimp is a free photoshop copy
