Blender issue (please help coding geeks)

So, I'm new to making mods in 2k21 using Blender 2.92, and I try to import a downloaded cyberface to my Blender to conver it from 20 to 21, and this error message appears . I don't know jackcrap about coding, so I may need some urgent assistance on this.
