A question about uniform modding

Hey there, does anyone know if it is at all possible to mod sock colors/different parts of the sock? for example majority of the city socks have the wrong colored nike swoosh, like memphis having black with white (brooklyn in 2ktools I believe?) as opposed to the red swoosh irl. I've tried editing in 2ktools but im either too much of a noob with modding or idk if its possible. some teams like okc have a completely different color all together (blue or white on instead of the orange used irl). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had a look though the uniform iffs and can't see where the socks are mentioned at all?
Though I am no export and am fairly new to modding NBA and am trying to patch together things as the tutorials are all over the place. Hopefully someone more experienced will chip in?

City socks are textures in .iff files. You can find them with 2k explorer.Look in OC or OG or something like that. You can edit them with photoshop.
Modding Normal socks is different. You can assign the colors with looyh's nba2ktools in 2k20. Don't know if its possible with 2k21 (try with cheat table ?)

Do you know what they are called? The only ones I have found in the manifest are the shop thumbnails
