NEED HELP MODDING NBA 2K21

I was wondering if there is someone out there who can help me on how to install Mods on NBA 2k21 PC. I have watched all the videos i know its easy but for me its a little difficult. I really would love to MOD this game so i can enjoy it even more. I have done the whole zip thing and tried dragging into mods folder but nothing i was trying to get scoreboards but i know there is alot more out there and I have been having trouble for a while now so if there is someone out there that can help me i would appreciate it

Isn't there a newer version of the hook?
Just copy the hook and the empty mods folder onto your nba2k21 game folder and then drop any iff files you want into the mods folder.
Some might need to go in sub folders depending on the mods
