Downloading game updates

This is insane. About 40 days ago I bought NBA 2K21 and after downloading I launched the game and the downloading game updates stuck at 0% was there which means besides play now the game didn't work. I contacted 2K chat and they said the solution was to delete the SYNC.Bin I tried that and it didn't work. Not only did it not work but shortly after I checked 2k20 and 2K 19 and both develop the same problem within a few minutes of each other and all 3 2ks haven't worked for the last 38 days. 2K chat just keep saying sorry and tells me that the Developers are working on it. What's insane is 2k acts like that issue is a new issue. It's been happening on 2k for years.
