Roster Creation Ratings

This is a very newb question. and I am sorry if the answer is in front of my face.
My question is this. I am creating a roster and I am wondering if there is a "TOOL" out there, to enter there stats and and it generates all the ratings for that player?
Or is there a math equation that you all use?
Or do you just guess??

There was one for 2k20 or 2k19 I think, but it didn't work too great, because it didn't account for the stuff it doesn't show on the stat line. Best thing is to copy the stats/tendencies of similar players and adjust it afterwards.
