Blender Cyberface Questions

Hi I am really new to all of this and I am trying to model a cyberface of myself that I can use in game on pc. I have been watching as many tutorials as I can, but a lot of the steps are out of order and not chronological. I have the right version of blender, I installed the NBA 2k Importer/Exporter Add-On for blender, and I have the Add-ons for photoshop too so I can edit the files. But I can't find the download for the actual models and textures like the SCNE file and model file, so I have nothing to import onto my blender. Can someone direct me to where it is, I have everything set up, I just need that so I can get started. Thanks!
