High School gym Backboard position

Trying to create a High School league.
I extracted the High School gym s901.iff.
Question:
How do position the backboard so that when a player shoots it doesnt act like the basket is behind the Backboard?
If you can point me to a video to watch of tell me how to do it. that would be great.
