So what to do with the manifest and NBA.exe ? I guess that's why I can no longer assign courts using the tool.

Could you please post a copy of the newest manifest also? I was doing the update and got the new .exe but my manifest is still the old one from april. The game hangs on start up now.

how do we extract files from 2k now?

I am assuming that 2KTools was based on a series of addresses hosted in the exe. But apparently 2K has changed the way the game runs with the Patch 1.11.
Therefore, the only solution is to copy the exe and the manifest (@connseanery, there is no manifest file in Patch 1.11) from a previous version and 2KTools will work. I just assigned the faces of the new patch and as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VilMtfD8ug , I was able to do it without problems.

*Right now we cannot extract the NBA2K21 files because there is no manifest after Patch 1.11, I will keep you informed if I see a solution. Looyh is probably working on it already.

Does anyone know where I can find version 1.10 or how to revert back too a more recent version?

Luckily I backed it up, some files work some dont I tested this morning, but yes that is the most updated manifest

What happened with the manifest is not new, it is a 2K error when updating, it already happened to me in the previous update and the next day I checked the integrity of the files and 2k had already fixed it with a manifest and a correct exe. The last two updates have been a disaster, at least this time it did not catch me by surprise and I was already prepared, I am working with the manifest and exe from the previous version and it works fine, until 2k fixes it.

I have a Looyh's debug tools as well long with 2KTools and I can't move around in the menus at all. My controller works if goes into Demo Mode cause I can exit out.

Edit: I found a fix. Disabled my Mods, booted up and then exited. Then re-initialized by Mods and it worked. But just one question, will there be a need to update the Debug tools as well?

The one I had posted had worked for me personally. But yeah just in the NBA 2k directory and boot up 2k and 2k21 tools and you should be good

same for me I had a whole 2021 draft i was down to 5 players left with all cyberfaces i was gonna surprise drop. the most horrible day ever. 2K always messing some stuff up!

I believe everything has stopped working, since they merged the steam account with Epic Games Store, the mods are no longer working and it's not recognizing the mod folder at all now!

So as of now the cyberface tool that was out will not work or there is no work around. Ive tried Changing the file path but still comes up with error. Shuajota fixed work for the 2kTOOL but I still can no longer make cyberfaces. I guess I can just drag my old mods from 20 and edit them which will take forever.
