Accessories Question

How do I remove an accessory from the game? I know you cant really remove it but I think you can make it transparent. just not sure wich file to do that to. Example I want to remove the Arm Sleeves. which files would I make transparent?

I know how to change Accessaries. I am trying to prevent these Accessories from being assigned to players created by the game in draft classes
