Rare Questions for 2k21 MODs

A few questions I had no one has been able to answer or help with....

1) Does anyone know by chance know how to apply leg tattoos on your player(created player &/or MyPlayer)?
2) I applied accessories to my MyPlayer during the college season but they dont show. I have the cheat engine and downloaded the Table(.xml file).

Hello, new to this site. Is there a mod or hack for myteam cards? Not necessarily to play online with others, more for completing domination and having fun with a team. Would like the new Kobe/Shaq pantheon cards and wondering if I can mod them in, before purchasing the game. Currently on xbox, tempted to switch to pc if I can add myteam cards.
