That nobody is surprised?
Everybody expects current-gen 2K21to be like 20 with no real gameplay changes.

Next-gen is still 3-4 months away.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect too much from the Current Gen version. If we look at NBA 2K20, we can be pretty confident that we'll be getting a similar product in look, feel, and content come NBA 2K21; maybe (hopefully) with some token enhancements, but it's all about Next Gen now.

As far as movement goes, I hope they somehow are able to capture the fluidity and quickness of basketball motion as years go by. It is still too slow, stiff, precanned when it comes to animations.

Agreed. The motion system they've had for the past three games has felt rife with canned moments, and it's difficult to make subtle movements to reposition players.
