idea to add a really annoying sound when you're at the FT line 
I thought i could use this method we talked for 2K18 but Steam isnt friendly anymore and trying this method gives you "Depot download failed : Manifest not available"
Now after launching Steam in console mode, and before downloading old version, you have to use cheat engine to enable the download manifest function.

1. Launch Steam in console mode ( steam://open/console from your browser )
2. Run Cheat Engine.
In CE > File -> Open Process -> Steam
On the right
- "Value Type": Array of byte
- "Hex": checked
- "Writable": unchecked (!)
- "Array of byte": D0 84 C0 0F 85 2E FF FF FF
. Click "First Scan". You should get a single Address and the searched Value next to it.
. Right-click the Value -> Change value of selected address(es)
. Enter new value: D0 84 C0 E9 2F FF FF FF 90
. Click OK and exit Cheat Engine
3. In Steam console, type this command to download NBA 2K20 1.10
download_depot 1089350 1089351 6263894322996219277
ps 1 : The old files are in <your steam path>\steamapps\content\app_1089350\depot_1089351
ps 2 : if you want a previous version, replace the manifestID by an older one : https://steamdb.info/depot/1089351/manifests/
