How to add extra jerseys?

Hi, i´m trying to add the Issy megapack with city and earned jerseys to the game, without having to replace any of the ones that are already present. My question is, Is there a way?

Another question (sorry if i´m asking a lot, but it gives me curiosity, and i don´t to open a thread for every question):
Is there a reason why the nuggets 2020 city jersey isn´t showing ingame? I have up to 1.10 in my game.
