Looking to extract Isa Ellington's model from 2K20, what is the best way?

I want to extract character models from NBA2K20 for use in Blender 2.9. I've worked out how to extract a IFF file for a given character, such as Isa Ellington, but all it has given me is some of the texture files for the head, while I'm trying to get the entire character model.
