Historic draft class and roster years mod

So after seeing the incredible work of URB on nba 2k13 and 14, I was wanting to see about doing something similar starting with 1967 68 roster with NBA and ABA combined. I am not that great with the nba roster tools, and I cant seem to find any historic draft classes made by anyone for missing years. Anyone want to work on this with me or have any ideas?
