Has anybody figured out proper stadium lighting mods?

I'm curious to see if anybody has publically found a way to enhance the lighting values for the stadium and crowd. The dark arenas hurt the atmosphere of the game and kills the immersion of some retro teams.

I'm with you 100% I'm still on the hunt for a perfect lighting mod. I've located a few good stadium specific mods but none for global.
