2k chants,audio editing

Hi all, I would like to ask you , maybe someone has idea how can we edit (of course if it's possible ) 2k music files like crowd chants, etc. I started my European update for PCBasket and it would be great to try make European atmosphere . I think that for older 2k version was similar editor so maybe someone with big knowledge can help me
