TEAM ID List

Hi everyone. Does anyone know how to get the team ID list? I am trying to make a change for the 1998 Knicks team court but unable to find the team ID needed to add in the tool.

the team ID's are the same. for example 000 is Philadelphia the "f" is floor file ID and "s" is stadium just remove the letters and use the numbers!
