Has anyone made any retro all star courts?

In particular, I'm looking for the 1997 Cleveland all star court and the 1998 New York one, but also others, to use in my MyLeague. I've searching around but haven't been able to find any.
Is it possible to use courts made for NBA 2K19 or 21?
