After portrait pack installed, mods back to vanilla game help

So I installed the portrait pack which has 419 portraits...
I installed it and now I see all of my cyberfaces which i installed have gone back to vanilla, I can't put the modded faces back into the mods folder (the files are still there)
Can someone help with this issue?

reload the game, happens to me sometimes. What I do is have a startup screen mod. So when you run the game and don't see the modded startup screen, you reload.
