CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLS!!!!!!

IM SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW, IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS OR WTF THIS IS I WOULD BE SO GRATEFUL, I'M BOUT TO LOSE IT ALL, PLS HELP

have you tried to reinstall all mods? I've had something happen and I just delete all mods (EVERYTHING) and reinstalled the game. Always back up!

I would try removing global.iff and gooeyglobal.iff

Try verifying the game cache through Steam.
If that doesn't work, remove any mods that could alter graphics, like a global you could be using, or anything interface related.
