blender export error code (need help)

so i watched the goods tutorial on how to get blender set up to start modding 3d models and i did everything he said but whenever i try to export this facial hair it says file not found but when i look in the folder that i chose its there but if i open it back up in blender its the original file i started with and not the modded one. please help if anybody knows. i use blender 2.79 only because that is what the tools were made for but should i use the latest version of blender

Are you exporting to a different location than you’re importing?

yes i am. dont know why its saying file not found

Did you clear out the LODS 1 hhru LODS 5 after the Binary.hihead

lol. im new to modding can you show me a picture or show me where that is please

im thinking maybe do i delete all of the lod shape files out of the .iff file or...

i have a feeling i have to change something in this highlighted area

Only difference is that the bottom hihead_LODShapes should look like this:

"hihead"

now im not getting the error but still when i import the same file i edited in blender back into blender its still the original model like it didnt save or something
