Help for stadium modding

Hi so I'm kind of new to stadium modding, I only modded cyberfaces back then but I stopped playing 2K since 18.
It's the first time I encountered these lighting mods and some of them look actually great. Where can I find the values or files associated to these? I know there are alot of factors like the players skin, crowd lighting, the "fog", etc. Can someone help?
Also where are the backboard models located? I want to change them up a bit too.
