Im new to modding

I can't find a tutorial of what to do when cyber faces come in .rar and not in Zip or .iff

I'm also new to modding. This might sound like a stupid question for the expereinced in this room, but can someone please help explain what "global" is. When attempting to download new net physics for example, I'm not sure what placing the file into global means. Thanks.

Use 7zip to extract rar files. I may be wrong with this but, open the global in 7zip and drag in the net physics file.
