Installation:
1. copy all "chr_g" files to waigua folder
2. You must have a NBA 2k Hook
download: https://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=258&t=108024
3. Run NBA 2K20
4. Press F8
5. Select "Force display photo" in NBA 2k Hook settings
6. When some portraits didn't work - go to roster and change "Portrait ID" the same as "Face ID" in NBA 2K Hook>Player>Current player
