Can somebody convert it in a court please ?

Hello all,

I work on a rebrand Teams and i rebrand Miami with a court and a logo... But i dont found a solution with paint.NET to make it good in game (its grey...)
So, if someone can convert it for make it looks good in game, i will be greatful
