(Help) - Change accessories color "MyCareer"

Hi guys!

I wanted to know if there is way to change the accessories color of a team, in MyCareeer, because i'm playing with the bulls and all the accessories are in gray, not in black and it's a little weird, so I wanted so see if you could help me because I don't know too much about modding.
